Mia has been in the veterinary field for 5 years and loves being an LVT, because she gets to be the voice for the ones who don’t have one. Being there for animals in their most vulnerable moments and helping them feel safe, healthy and loved makes this profession deeply rewarding. Mia has a special interest in Surgery. She loves being a part of a surgical team where attention to detail and patient advocacy are critical. This drives her to continually expand her knowledge and skills to contribute meaningful, positive patient outcomes and high standards of care.
When not at the hospital, Mia enjoys cooking, baking, spending time with family and going on walks. She shares her home with 2 Great Danes, Parker and Jorge, and 2 cats, Ivy and Ben.
